Using our Client PORTAL



Portal Instructions


This will not work on your phone.



The links will expire in 48 hours from the time you open the email, so you must complete the account creation within that time frame.  Once your account is set up you can access it at any time using the link indicated below.



New Set Up:


  1. Open email for New Account


  2. Make note of username listed in the email                                                                                                    

  3. Click link in the email to go to account                                                                                             

  4. Enter last four of primary taxpayer social security number                                                              

  5. Create a password (keep this and username as you will need to login to the portal again)


  6. Re-enter password                                                                                                                             

  7. Click submit                                                                                                                                       

  8. At login screen enter password you created


    Once you are in the portal you will have the ability to download documents from the office and upload documents to us.


    If you are completing the fillable pdf organizer, please be sure to save this as a separate file on your computer or the changes will not be saved.  This new file will be the one that you upload to the portal to send to the office.


    When you need to login to the portal again the website address is as follow:



    At the login screen enter the username provided to you and the password you created.
